San Fernando Valley, CA – Community leaders from around the San Fernando Valley and Hollywood today endorsed Andrew Lachman’s campaign for California State Assembly in the new 46th District. The endorsements from business leaders, neighborhood council members, and non-profit board members underline the broad basis of support for Andrew Lachman’s record of making a difference to bring about effective change.

“Andrew is one of the most promising young people I have seen seeking to enter into public service,” said Dr. Marlene Bane, a trustee for the California State University at Northridge. “He brings great experience to this race and exceptional problem solving skills which I have seen him use over the last twelve years to be an effective advocate for many communities in the Valley and which should be a great asset to help fix California during these troubling times.”

“I am deeply honored to receive the trust of so many prominent leaders in the Valley,” said Lachman. “We are fighting for an expanding local economy, excellent schools and a firm commitment to protect our environment. As Sacramento politicians pass devastating budget cuts onto our communities, I’m proud to stand with these respected leaders to defend our campaign for the future of the San Fernando Valley and to make sure these voices are heard.”
